It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – our FREE introduction session is for everyone. Our classes are the equivalent to semi-personal training. An hour-long class at the gym, or “box”, typically includes a warm-up, a skill development segment, the high-intensity “workout of the day” and a period of individual or group stretching.

STEP 1: ATTEND AN INTRODUCTION CLASS

In the introduction class you will not only learn about the fundamentals of CrossFit training, more importantly we will get to know you a little better. We will be conducting assessments in order to understand you and your personal fitness goals, current heath and any concerns you may have.

The introduction class is mandatory in order to move on to the advance group classes. If the schedule time and dates do not work for you, we offer a fast track to get in the WOD (work out of the day). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to meeting you!

STEP 2: JOIN A MEMBERSHIP

It’s that easy! Once you’ve attended one of the introduction classes, it is time to join the regular class groups or continue personal training.
