Will CrossFit make me bulky and big?
No. Unless, you want to become a professional CrossFit athlete (and train 7 days a week), CrossFit will not make you bulky. On the contrary, with the help of CrossFit trainers you will be able to reach you specific fitness goals.
Can I just come to the box and workout myself?
No. We think you will get better, safer, faster results by working with a qualified coach – either in class or at a one on one session – then working alone. Therefore, we don’t set up to allow individuals to workout unsupervised.
What happens in the introduction class?
During the introduction class we are going to know a little more about you. We will be conducting assessments in order to understand you, your personal goals, current heath, concerns or up and coming competitions. Once we have some understanding of your needs, we can help you achieve your goals.
Do I need experience or some minimal level of fitness?
CrossFit is for anyone, regardless of his or her age or fitness level. Our member range from military and police personal to grandfathers in their mid-seventies. In short, if you care about your health, real-world performance, or just want to look better in a bikini, CrossFit is for you.
